Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Change Management Consultant. As a Change Management Consultant where you have experience in crafting change strategies, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and executing plans effectively. Preference is given to candidates with public sector experience and qualifications such as PROSCI certification. Join us in shaping the future of Ontario's government services.
Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Criteria
Change Management Experience and Qualifications
5+ years providing Change Management services for client-facing projects.
Proficiency in developing change management strategies and plans, including crafting change impact assessments, and communication strategies, drafting stakeholder communication and engagement, and gathering user feedback.
Execution of Change Management in alignment with strategies and plans.
Preference for a designation in change management such as PROSCI.
Technical Knowledge
Demonstrated ability to create compelling communication materials like emails, posters, videos, and presentations.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and consultative skills for effective stakeholder collaboration in identifying client needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills encompassing both oral and written communication.
Tools and Process
Proficient in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, etc.).
Basic project management skills to develop, implement, and monitor change management plans.
Public Sector Experience
Experience adhering to Ontario Public Service policies and procedures would be beneficial.
