Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Software Developer. As a Software Developer where you have experience in advancing healthcare technology solutions. With expertise in HAPI-FHIR standards and Java development, you'll contribute to configuring HAPI-FHIR JPA Server and building robust web applications. Bring your skills in Angular, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs to drive innovation in healthcare delivery within a dynamic team environment.
Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Must Haves:
Extensive experience in HAPI-FHIR standards and Java software library for FHIR's RESTful API.
Proficiency in configuring HAPI FHIR JPA Server.
Criteria:
Web Application Development Experience
In-depth knowledge of Angular framework, JavaScript, and front-end interfaces.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Swagger files, and HL7/FHIR standards.
Ability to create reusable and testable modules using AngularJS and implement web page layouts.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS with experience in server-side and client-side rendering.
Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI principles.
Experience with Oracle SQL and creating unit tests.
Skilled in identifying and rectifying front-end code issues and optimizing code performance.
Collaboration with team members and smooth workflow management between front-end developers and designers.
Java WebLogic
Proficiency in Java programming for web applications, EJB, Servlet, and REST/SOAP web services.
Strong database and SQL skills with experience in Oracle and SQL Server.
Other
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills and experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
