Must-Haves:
8+ years of experience as a Software QA Tester
5+ years of experience testing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Applications
Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application (strong asset)
Proficiency in defect tracking tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
Familiarity with QMetry is an asset
Ability to write and understand SQL

Technical Skills:
Expertise in defect management and documentation
Familiarity with automation tools (GUI and API)
Understanding of SQL, data models, Java, and Javascript
Public Sector Experience:
Exposure to Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, etc.
Experience with Case Management is beneficial.
