Details:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM German PY Consultant to join our team.

This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the HR German Payroll System based on current SAP HCM solution and its integration with various systems (German ERPs, Global HR, local authorities etc.)
  • You will ensure state-of-the-art technical project delivery implementation leading the application enhancements and technical evolutions, while governing the day-to-day service execution by our external IT service providers.
  • In this role we see a strong focus on understanding the overall HR Payroll platform and relevant business processes, the alignment and consulting of the business during projects and change requests, quality control of deliverables form external partners and the transition of new solutions to the application support teams.
  • You will interact with our IT Business facing HR organization to design, plan and deliver the project portfolio, individual change requests with regular and high interactions with Shared Service HR, HR CoEs and German workers.

Skills:

  • Experienced (5-10 years) in IT implementation of SAP HR Payroll Germany with project delivery
  • Familiarity with customer and HR service processes, ideally with internal processes experience
  • Ability to configure/review system configuration of software and to prepare functional requirement specifications.
  • Ability to lead an SAP HCM development team.
  • Good understanding of development principles. ITIL certification is a must.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Fluent in German
