Talent Acquisition Consultant
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant for initial 6 month contract with further extension.
Location - Hybrid - Warwickshire - 2 times a week
Duration - 6 months initial contract
Day Rate - £200 - £300 per day Inside IR35
Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices gained from an in-house recruitment background, or RPO.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting roles within a construction or engineering space
- Experience of using Succesfactors highly desirable
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
