Isaiah has been working within Modis since September 2018. He was introduced by a colleague at the time without any knowledge of Installation Technology. Through a lot of self-study and good guidance, he has now become a Draughtsman/Modeler and is almost making the step to Engineer. This is his story.
"The greatest satisfaction is that what you make is actually built. I would like to grow further at Modis as a fully-fledged engineer. I want to achieve my goal by being constantly eager to learn, working hard and taking responsibility. It is the combination of my own concept and rules that appeals to me most in my work. That way I always know where I stand and the design is 100% in order.
