Architectural Sales Rep (Cincinnati)

Akkodis is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative for a fulltime position with a client located in Cincinnati, OH. This is an onsite role in Cincinnati, OH.   

Successful candidates will have direct experience selling building materials, developing client relationships from scratch, and working through the architectural bid process. 

Pay/Salary Range:  $70,000-90,000 base salary per year plus commission 

Architectural Sales Representative job responsibilities include: 

• Build client relationships with commercial building architects in order to position the company as a top tier provider of building materials 

• Execute a sales strategy with the goal of winning business and building relationships 

• Sets strategic initiatives for growth from new product, territory, and services expansion 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience and education 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of sales residential and/or commercial building experience. 

• Proven experience in networking and developing business relationships in residential and commercial building area 

• Ability to understand product measurements, specifications, and architectural drawings 

• Willingness to travel up to 50% with minimal overnight stays 

• Exemplary professionalism and communication skills are essential to the success of this individual
