Oracle Cloud Business Analyst (Techno/Functional) - (Remote)

Oracle HR Business Analyst

Open to: Contract (Potential for CTH)

Length of contract: 12-15 months

Pay -$40-45 hr w2 on contract and 85-90k/year on full time

The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.

Responsibilities

• Process Design/Business Analysts

• Document current state/future state business process flows during design workshops

• Identify pain points, issues, challenges, prior audit findings

• Identify process role requirements

• Identify requirements for system auditability and internal controls

TOP Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong focus on Oracle in HR

• Needs to know the application technically

• Able to troubleshoot in Oracle HR

• Be the functional liaison between IT and HR

• Develop testing plans

• Able to help with configuration

• Higher education experience

• Specifically in implementing ERP systems in higher education institutions
