Facilities Reliability Group Technician

This is a direct hire role and offers health care, PTO and other benefits. This role is ONSITE fulltime in Lebanon, OH.

Day to Day:

Working on the facilities side of the data center & managing all the aspects of what keeps the data center running. HVAC System, Control Systems, BMS (building management system), EPMS (electrical power management system) etc.

• Assist in the strategic direction for facilities operations.

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed. Assist in development of training programs to increase team technical capabilities.

• Be part of a 24/7/365 team to monitor and assist sites with incident response and management. 

• Demonstrate the ability to self-start, be responsive, and be creative when finding solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve quality, customer service and cost performance, and assist in the execution of approved plans.

• Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.

• Assist Management to ensure optimal roll out and training in standard tools, processes, and systems where possible.

TOP SKILLS:

·       3-5 years of data center experience (preferred)

·       Excellent customer service-

·       Incident management

·       Root Cause Analysis

·       Able to think on feet during a panic

SHIFT DETAIL:

7 AM- 7 PM- with a quarterly rotation of the night shift

Weekly rotation-

4 days on/3 days off

3 days on/4 days off
