Akkodis is partnering with an automotive manufacturer company looking for a Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire, permanent placement role. This role is onsite in Mountain House, CA for the 2nd shift. This person will be performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance repairs, and facility maintenance activities.
The Terms:
· Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr (eligible for yearly merit increase of 3-5% per year)
· Direct-hire, permanent placement role
· Onsite: Mountain House, CA 95391
· Monday - Friday, 40-hours per week
o Hiring for the 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
o Training: Candidates will train for 1 week on 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm PST) before transitioning to assigned 2nd shift
Qualifications:
· Previous ABB robotics experience
· High school diploma, or GED
· Journeyman’s card preferred
· 1-2 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry
· Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting, upkeep and preventive maintenance on robots, laser and weld assembly equipment
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supports the team in operational improvements.
· Recognize and solve machine malfunctions in a timely manner.
· Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
· Prepare and set up machinery to meet production requirements.
· Computerized work order completion via Captor/SAP.
