Akkodis is partnering with an organization that protects the public health and the environment of the community they serve. They are seeking an Engineering Tech.
The Terms:
Onsite in the Sacrament County area
Pay rate: $23/hr
1 year contract
REQUIRED Skills/Experience:
Read, understand, and interpret engineering plans, schematics, and other related documents.
Knowledge and experience with software applications, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio) and Adobe Acrobat.
Technical writing experience, such as writing policies and procedures.
Summary:
Research pertinent information for data entry purposes.
Performs various drafting and engineering drawing work from field survey notes, property descriptions, and construction notes using manual and computer-assisted drawing equipment and standard applications software.
Conducts independent data collection and analysis for various projects, which includes investigating computerized maintenance management records, reviewing electronic mapping viewers, and utilizing records management software applications.
Maintains, updates, and revises various records, files, maps, and other resource materials, including compiling statistics and data for periodic reports and tabulations.
