Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, where you have experience in user experiences for complex digital solutions, this role is for you. Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Criteria:
Technical Skills:
Extensive experience in designing online user experiences for complex digital solutions.
Proficiency in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies, preferably with experience as a Scrum master.
Competence in industry-standard design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Balsamiq, and InVision.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as MIRO, Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, and Teams.
Experience with backlog management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Pivotal Tracker.
Knowledge of content layout, typography design principles, and responsive web design.
Understanding of information architectures, taxonomies, and their relation to navigational design.
Proficiency in web usability and accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level A & AA.
Familiarity with usability and user-experience principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Knowledge of Ontario digital government standards.
