1. Business and Functional Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Ability to document business and data requirements.
Experience with various business analysis methods and tools.
Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
10+ years of experience in a business analyst capacity.
Experience conducting requirements gathering workshops.
2. Project Management and Leadership Skills:
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and influence others.
Demonstrated experience in reporting progress to various audiences.
3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and vendors.
Experience creating presentations for executive steering committees.
