IT Provision Coordinator

Akkodis is seeking a IT Provisioning Coordinator for a Contract position with a client based in Bonita Springs, FL.

Pay Range:  $23.00 per hour - $28.00 per hour - *This position is 100% onsite* IT Provision Coordinator job responsibilities include:

• Obtain new circuits and manage the order process with carriers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Work on Right of Entries (ROEs) and collaborate with various internal departments.
• Follow established processes and undergo necessary training.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom carriers.
• Handle escalation processes as needed.
• Collaborate with voice and network engineers.
• Request quotes from vendors and carriers for circuits.
• Track orders until receipt and coordinate installation.
• Secure "smart hands" or remote support for circuit turn-up.
• Coordinate onsite visits for circuit turn-up with vendors.
• Disconnect old circuits when new sites are acquired.
• Assist with upgrades to circuits as requested by engineers.
• Assist with IT financial analysis and project management tasks.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, coordinate with departments and managers.
• Utilize MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) for various tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Entry Level: 2-5 years of experience in Telecom, Voice, and Analysis
• Associates or bachelors preferred education level
• Previous experience with Telecom, Voice, and Analysis.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with telecom expense management (TEM) is highly preferred.
• IT experience and familiarity with IT invoicing.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Bonita Springs, FL during normal working hours.
