Sr. Pipe and Valve Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Pipe and Valve Engineer position with a client located in Richland, WA. In this role you will be reviewing pipe and piping component-related calculations and material evaluations. US Citizenship is required.

Pay Range:  $75.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Sr. Pipe and Valve Engineer job responsibilities include:

•           Prepare and coordinate piping and valve specifications and/or material requisitions

•           Bid evaluations and award recommendations and perform detailed supplier bid technical evaluations and supplier document reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•           BS degree with 9 years of related experience

•           Past experience with ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry piping codes and standards

•           Experience in generating and executing material requisitions
