The Adecco Group announces Preeti Bajaj as new CEO for Australia and New Zealand

Preeti joins us from Clipsal Solar where she was the CEO and, prior to that, VP Strategy & Commercial Operations [Transformation] at Schneider Electric. Preeti is an energetic leader and business transformer with more than 15 years’ experience in the Australian and Asian business environments, developing and executing strategies to set the pace for sustainable growth.

Preeti has a bachelor’s degree of Economics and Political Science from Delhi University, an MBA in Finance from Swinbourne University of Technology, and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. Outside of work she enjoys running, reading and continuous learning.

Rafael Moyano, who has been a leader at The Adecco Group globally for 14 years - the past three as CEO in Australia - has decided to pursue opportunities outside the Adecco Group and will step down from his role at the end of September. The business thanks him for his leadership for the past three years and wishes him all the best.
