Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a System Analyst. As a System Analyst where you have experience in critical environments and emergency health services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations. Bring your skills in systems analysis, telecommunications, and project management to contribute to vital projects impacting public safety communications.
Must-Haves:
Over 5 years of experience as a systems analyst.
Proven track record with projects in 24x7 critical environments and operations.
Experience in the PSRN project.
Understanding of emergency health services, including ambulance communications.
Criteria:
Core Skills:
Proficiency in systems analysis and design methodologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of testing and implementation practices.
Expertise in voice, data, radio, and satellite telecommunications engineering.
Familiarity with Local Area Networks and various network configurations.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with server and network technologies, IT security policies, and data center requirements.
Experience with IP-based telephony systems and CTI solutions.
Proficiency in integrated voice and data switching systems.
Knowledge of VHF and UHF radio technologies.
Experience with public safety dispatch systems integration.
Understanding of emergency health services and associated standards.
Analytics:
Familiarity with project management methodology and analytical tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
