Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Solutions Designer. As a Solutions Designer where you have experience in Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies, you'll be adept at crafting comprehensive business design documents and functional requirements. Your proficiency extends to high-level application flows, user experience considerations, and meticulous attention to detail in both the development and testing phases.
Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Must Haves
Technical Solution and Development Skills
Over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
Proficient in developing comprehensive business design documents and functional & non-functional requirements.
Extensive experience in crafting functional design documents and high-level application flows to support business requirements.
Competency in creating detailed process flows and high-level screen designs.
Expertise in designing solutions with a focus on user experience and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).
Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and developing user personas and journey maps.
Ability to analyze user feedback and design effective solutions.
Proficiency in wireframing and creating high-fidelity mockups using UI prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Proven track record in developing use cases, identifying business rules, and managing risk.
Experience in creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.
Technology Skills
Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies.
Over 7 years of experience in implementing Siebel or Adobe AEM solutions.
Proficiency in documenting test strategies and plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience in creating and updating business architecture artifacts.
Familiarity with rational unified process (RUP) methodology.
Competency in developing application view visibility and CRUD matrices.
Ability to translate screen designs and workflows into wireframes or prototypes.
