Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Solutions Designer. As a Solutions Designer where you have experience in Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies to develop robust business design documents and functional requirements. With a focus on user experience and accessibility, you'll contribute to enhancing government services while collaborating closely with diverse teams.
Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Must Haves:
Experience developing business design documents, and functional & non-functional requirements.
Minimum 7 years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
Demonstrated experience documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Technical Solution and Development Skills:
Extensive experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
Proficiency in developing business design documents, and functional & non-functional requirements.
Skilled in creating high-level application flows to support business requirements.
Ability to develop functional design documents and detailed process flows.
Expertise in user experience and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and developing user personas.
Proficient in creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of industry best practices and ability to apply them effectively.
Demonstrated experience in developing use cases and documenting business rules.
Ability to identify risks and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.
Technology Skills
Experience with change management methodologies.
Proficiency in Siebel or Adobe AEM Solution implementation.
Demonstrated experience in documenting test strategies for user acceptance testing.
Proficiency in creating and updating business architecture artifacts.
Familiarity with the rational unified process (RUP).
Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD matrices.
Proficiency in developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows.
