We're hiring a Change Management Coordinator to join our federal team! In this role, you'll work closely with the Director to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to plan and implement projects effectively.
  • Use project management tools to track progress, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and provide status reports.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define project scope and priorities.
  • Facilitate communication within teams and with stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings and report progress and issues to the Director.
  • Gather feedback and address concerns from stakeholders.
  • Support teams in following agile values and practices.
  • Anticipate challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor solution performance during the hypercare period.
  • Document and escalate hypercare issues for resolution.

Key Requirements:

  • Understanding of IT delivery processes.
  • Experience in building organizational capability and leading change.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a positive approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to adapt to change and suggest process improvements.

Desirable Experience:

  • Project Management certification.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Federal government.
  • Prior experience in IT project delivery.
