Our client is a global telco vendor. They are looking forward to hire Dedicated HSE Advisor for a Railway project.

Ensure all site activities are being carried out in accordance with the Nokia and Client Safety Management Systems.
Oversee, support and manage any safety investigations (ICAMS) and/or Safeworking breaches.
Direct communication with the PTA Safety Representative and all other relevant parties on all WHS matters.
Attend PTA WHS meetings, toolboxes and site prestarts.
Facilitate safety stand downs with all stakeholders.
Assist in the identification and development of safe systems of work for high risk activities.
Provide guidance in hazard control and Safeworking requirements.
Offer support and advice in mitigating risks and hazards.
Key customer contact for on-site HSE related inspections, identified risks or issues.
Complete all Verification of Competencies (VOC) for site personnel.
On call to support site works both in and out of hours works.
Site acceptance of all plant and equipment to be utilised on site.
Permit issue for all high risk works.
Ensuring adherence to the Environmental Policies of all relevant stakeholders.
Look for opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of standards, guidelines, policies and process, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate risk.
Continually reinforce requirement to conduct activities in accordance with Client policies & procedures, as well as legislative requirements.
Act in accordance with and as a role model for the Code of Conduct, HSE culture and the Values.
Keeping abreast of changes to legislation and communicate such changes to management.
Contribute to project, discipline and business unit improvement ideas.
Recommend corrective actions that focus on systematic improvement and transferable lessons.
