Our client is a Telco vendor and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key account manager to manage one of the existing Telco operator account. The Key Account Manager/Director will be responsible for managing client accounts, building rapport and managing relationships with key stakeholders whilst maintaining a customer relation focus

Description

 Sales opportunity creation

 Create sales strategy and lead the account

 Ensure targets are met from both business and delivery metrics.

 Raise risks in a timely manner & prepare mitigation plan along with delivery teams.

 Prepare tenders and sales documents

 End to end management of existing Telecommunications accounts

 Work closely with Presales and Delivery teams during proposal negotiations

 Initiate Key Account Planning for each client to drive business development strategies and sales

 Forecast short, medium and long term Client requirements (resources, skill sets, investments, software, hardware etc.) to management

 Act as a reliable single point of contact for client

 Conduct weekly & monthly steering committee meetings

 Ensure client requirements are met in timely manner

 Write and assist with formal engagement proposals to prospective clients

 Gather prospective account information in alignment with strategy

 Periodically review account operations and recommend changes based on business scenarios

 Participate in internal reviews on account management for monitoring account overall health and performance
