Are you ready to dive into exciting projects with cutting-edge technologies? We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Support Analyst/ Administrator to join our dynamic team! Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and configuring Salesforce applications, ensuring smooth operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand our organization's intricate business processes and rules.
  • Configure and maintain Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
  • Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases and communicate changes to affected users.
  • Foster positive relationships with business areas and guide them through user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct data analysis, loading, and reporting.
  • Customize the Salesforce platform, including custom fields, objects, and validation rules.
  • Design, build, and debug Flows, with a focus on error handling and optimization.
  • Utilize Gitlab for version control and implementation fixes.
  • Manage Lightning Experience, including Lightning Pages and Apps.
  • Work within an Agile delivery methodology.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Over 2 years of Salesforce experience, with relevant certifications like Certified Salesforce
  • Admin/ Certified Platform App Builder
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and development.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with version control and metadata deployments.
  • Familiarity with Vlocity/Omnistudio.
  • Interest in accessible design and development.
